This leading HMC co-educational school seeks to appoint a PA to the Bursar to join the enthusiastic and professional support team. The post is available immediately.

The successful candidate will support the Bursar in the day-to-day management of his job and realisation of the School’s aims. He/she will work very closely with the Bursar, will form an active and integral part in the Bursary and the School’s administrative teams and will have extensive involvement with the wider support staff groups throughout Alleyn’s.

The role requires excellent written, analytical, administrative, communication and interpersonal skills combined with discretion, diplomacy and an empathetic approach to handling sensitive issues. It is desirable that the post holder has senior level PA, secretarial or equivalent experience, preferably in a role which has involved finance at some level.

The post is full time, with 20 (rising to 25) days’ holiday per annum, plus bank holidays.

The salary will be around £32,000 per annum.
