Hello, can anyone advice on having a damp assessment done on a property you're buying? There are some darker markings on a wall which we are slightly concerned about so I think we should get one done so looking for recommendations for reputable reliable company and any tips or information on whether getting a damp quote is free or if we'll have to pay a fortune. I've never bought before so any words of wisdom are welcome! Thank you
