Hi, my name is Angela and I'm hoping that you can help me out with a little bit of research.
I am a newly qualified meditation teacher and I'm trying to find out if attending meditation classes would be something that you, as busy mums, would consider.
Being a mum to teenage girls I understand the stresses and anxieties that families go through and I would love to be able to teach you how to make tough times a little more bearable, and give you some valuable time to relax into the bargain.
I am also looking at expanding my knowledge through Relax Kids, an organisation that teaches how to use meditation with children from preschool to teenagers, so I can teach techniques that you can take home with you and practice with your kids, I have a 6 year old niece and we spent 10 minutes blowing imaginary fairy dust to touch everyone that she loved on Sunday, she was actually still and calm for the whole time!
So I would love your feedback on these questions:
- Would you attend a class if it was at a time and place convenient to you?
- Would you prefer group classes or one to one sessions?
- What, if anything, would put you off attending a class?
- The cost would be £5 per hour, would you consider this reasonable?
I look forward to your responses and thank you for your time.
