Sharing his warning from a local mum:
"Just to let everyone know, a man exposed himself to my children and others at the Tooting Lakeside Playground. He stood behind the fence in the wooded bit. He attempted to engage in conversation while touching himself, including "what game are you playing?" and "who's it?", and singled out a boy to talk to. Unfortunately, my children did not report this until we were leaving the playground, and he was no where to be seen. The police were called and examined the area with no luck. Just to be clear, as it is the holidays, the playground was full of children AND adults, yet this man was not seen by any grownups. He was a light-skinned male of medium build in his early to mid thirties with sandy hair; he wore a brown hoodie and dark trousers. Please keep your children safe and be vigilant."
This happened on Thursday 7th.
