Chesterton Community College

Hi,

I've been reading the reviews of schools on here with interest and it makes me wonder very much what the school my Ds will go to is like. We're in catchment for Chesterton Community College. I wondered if I might ask what people's experience has been of it?

Hi jsp, you might have been reading one of my threads. I can say that I have some very academic friends who are sending their DC to Chesterton - their catchment school - which leads me to think they have done their research and decided that it is a good school. They are religious and could choose to apply to St Bede's if they wanted to so I assume that means Chesterton has got a good reputation.

Thanks that's good to know. :-) I like that it's very close by. I know a lot of kids who will be cycling all the way from here to Perse Boys or going by bus to St Bede's and it seems like a lot on top of the workload.
