Epsom and epsom surveyer needed

Hello

We are looking at buying a house in the Stamford Green area of Epsom, down the back, where it is a mix of ex local authority houses backing onto the common and I just wondered if anyone on here is able to give me any information on those streets in particular and also can anyone recommend a good structural surveyor in Epsom?
