For me and a friend. Having a girly night away. Forty something, looking for good places to eat, drink, go?

Thank you!

Spoilt for choice! House of Tides is a seafood restaurant on the Quayside with a Michelin star. The Botanist does nice cocktails and has a fab view at night time. Lots of places of Grey Street and the 'diamond strip'. Where are you staying?

Thanks for that. Do love seafood!

Staying at the Malmaison

Perfect. The mal has a spa but no pool I have had some lovely treatments there if that's your thing. Walk over the millennium bridge to the baltic and sage for a look round. On Sundays there is a market on the Quayside. You can jump on the yellow Quay link bus to take you into the city centre (pleasant walk but uphill). The bus takes you up Dean Street and Grey Street which are full of bars and restaurants. Get off at monument (huge statue you cant miss it) and you'll see Eldon Square, Monument mall and fenwick. The main shopping area basically. You can also hop on the metro from there if you want to go further afield. Have fun!

Food wise - a taste of Persia (near the centre for life) is amazing.
