It was announced this week that the NHS (in England) are to offer pregnant women their own "personal budgets" so they can choose the care they receive. This comes as part of a shake-up in maternity care.

What do you think - good idea or not? Are you pregnant and pleased with the news? If you've already had a child, what would you have spent the budget on?
