Moving to West Bridgford - schools?!

Hello, we are planning to move from London to the West Bridgford area and I am wondering what an earth we would do about school places for our 5 and 8 year olds? I suspect that all the local primaries are already full? What is the chance of getting in year places for the both in the same school?! If nil then are there any good, local private schools? Thank you!

West Bridgford is within our area and there are definitely local posters who could tell you more
