What's it like living in Highcliffe?

Hi there, we are planning a move to Lilliput/Lower Parkstone and are totally sold on the location but a property has just popped up on Rightmove which has piqued our interest in Highcliffe. A bit of googling has suggested that it's a very popular with retirees, but I'm curious to know how it shapes up for young families? Anyone got any info? Thanks :-)

Hi, Highcliffe is a quiet town with a few small shops. The schools are very good and oversubscribed, there are a few good preschools and doctors/dentists locally. There are more families moving to the area now and with the beaches nearby it's a lovely area to bring up children.
