i was in asda with my son was totally abused in asda with my 13yr autistic son, first time in ages i got him to come into the store with me to buy a birthday present, and there were lots of parent parking space, but this women with two others stopped in front my car giving abuse which upset my son, resulting in him swearing back to them as they were and ,they said when in store they took pictures of my car,i hope i can get my son back into the store,as unless i can park close he will not come in

Is it possible to get a disabled badge and park in a disabled space? Or could you park in the next row behind the parent spaces?
Those people were awful what a horrible experience. I hope you can persuade your son to go shopping with you again.

unfortunately not as he can still walk,he just wont walk past lots busy places and likes to get there quick,or it builds his stress levels, even though hes registered with a disabliity, ive already tried to apply for badge just for this sort thing, ill have to park further away next time and hope he come with me,,i wish i took pic of all the empty spaces,i might speak to someone again though,i wish all parents were more considerate,as sometimes autism is a hard to understand for some ,thanks for the chat, its made me feel better
