Now that our DCs are in school, a friend and I are attempting to get out for a walk that at some point involves tea and cake or lunch.
Has anyone got any suggestions, for both in town and local countryside?
So far we've done:
Meersbrook Park Walked Garden with lunch at The Bhaji Shop on Chesterfield Road,
Longshaw NT Estate and coffee shop,
Rivelin valley, almost making it to Forge Dam cafe,
Lady Cannings Plantation and the Norfolk Arms at Ringinglow.
All suggestions welcome.
