Headteachers telling Mums what to wear

Hi currently looking at the news story with an headteacher telling parents to dress up when dropping their kids off to school. Do you think this is fair to ask? www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-tees-35413153

I don't think they are asking them to dress up but not be in their nightwear. :-)
