Me and Dh want to learn to speak Portuguese but cant find a tutor. Does anyone here know of a local language tutor who could help?

Hi, I can't remember the name but I do know that a couple of years ago when I studied at The Instituto de Cervantes in Manchester I remember them knowing of Portugese tutors.
