Dyslexia friendly secondary school recommendations

My 12 year old (year 8) son is a recently diagnosed dyslexic and I am desperately trying to find a secondary school that anyone can recommend due to personal experience of their child receiving strong support for their dyslexia. Or, do you know of a school that has a proven track record in supporting dyslexic children, possibly they have a dyslexia unit or specialist dyslexia teachers? My son is not statemented and I have little faith in OFSTED reports, so any recommendations would be very much appreciated.

I am looking for schools in this borough, but if you also know of a really amazing schools elsewhere, please let me know.

Many thanks.

Hi,

My son is also year 8 and dyslexic. He goes as a weekly boarder to Morehouse School in Farnham, Surrey. It has been fantastic for him.
