Help need a new Dr

I am looking for recommendations for a really good GP, preferably a woman. I live in New Barnet and I suffer terribly from health anxiety. I'm more likely to avoid the dr rather than plague them but there is a lot of genetic problems in my family and I need to face my fears and go. So I really need a very kind, best bedside manner in the world and effective GP. My current ones are either very brusque and upsetting or not very good. So barnet residents please help I am in a bad place.

My GB is in High Barnet, very close to the high street . She has been excellent with all of us in the family, particularly with referrals & tests/scans etc. She takes lot of interest in your case & does not give up until she is completely satisfied with the result . If she sounds like someone you would like to go to, I can pass on the details. Hope you feel better soon.

Hello I am back and have PMd Nups. Xmas holidays etc meant I was offline for a while but now some order is restored I hope.

I would be very interested as well in finding out about good GPs in New Barnet / East Barnet as we recently moved here and need to change GPs

By the way the one recommendation I have is Addington medical practice on Station Road--a friend said they're excellent.
