We need your help!
I am part of Openplay, a startup business born in South London, created by ex-sports coaches struggling to book facilities to play/teach sport in the area. We want to get more South Londoners active and make Lambeth & Southwark the most active boroughs in London.
Even though the UK spends over £7 billion a year on physical inactivity AND sport is such an important part of our community, especially for families with young children, budgets are being cut! This means community facilities are having to be closed.
We are trying to stop this happening by building an online platform connecting people to their local venues to make them more profitable so they can stay open. But to perfect it we need investment and are raising funds on Crowdcube. We want the South London community to be part of the solution
