Moving....from Glasgow to Bristol

Hello,

As the title suggests my partner has just got a new promotion which will see us moving from Glasgow to Bristol at the end of January. We also have a little girl who will be a year old. Eek!

Recommendations of where to look at renting/ buying, places I can go to make new friends, baby classes etc all welcome and much appreciated:)

Do you want to give a rough idea of how much you are looking to spend, as prices in Bristol can vary quite a lot from reasonable to out-of-this-world-expensive. I think Bristol is a lovely place and really friendly, and I'm sure you'll enjoy it once you've got over the hassle of moving!

I moved from Glasgow to Bristol 18 months ago and its great. We have met lots of lovely people and its very easy to fly up and down from Bristol to Glasgow or edinburgh with easy jet.
