A free workshop for mums-to-be, mums, partners and family members. There will be information, discussion and guest speakers on pregnancy and mental health. It will touch on Stigma, wellbeing and resources in Falkirk.
Organisations involved are: Penumbra, Samaritans, Aberlour, Cherish and Daisy Foundation: Falkirk, Linlithgow and South Queensferry.
