Primary schools N11 - advice from expert mums please

Hi,

I'm looking for information about primary schools around the boundary of Barnet and Enfield, religious or not. I don't have any reference of them apart from reading Ofsted reviews.

Also, my son was born in August so I understand that if it's the case the child can start reception one year later. Is it complicated to request? What shall I do if I want to do that?

Any tip/comment/ advice on both questions or about primary schools in general will be greatly appreciated it.
