As Norfolk adult education has almost disappeared, Percipio Learning and Development Partners are planning to set up some courses for the community at an affordable level.

I would be really interested in knowing your views. Would you be interested in any of the following courses?
Creative Writing
Healthy Eating on a Budget
Practical cookery classes, including baking
From page to stage (studying a script then going to the play)
Speaking with confidence
Academic writing
or do you have suggestions of your own?

We have a facebook page and our website is under construction. We would be grateful for any feedback you can give that will help us to provide activities that will be useful to the community.

Hi, sorry for not answering you question! We are thinking of relocating to Norwich (almost certainly!!) My DH works in adult education and has been made redundant in London. I think Adult Education has been hit everywhere. He teaches IT courses, some ecdl type qualifications and some he has designed himself aimed at small businesses and the self employed. Could I get in touch re job opportunities? I also teach, but teenagers, so will initially be looking at 6th form and colleges for work.

Our first course has just finished and was very successful. We are looking to be running two courses after Christmas: the first in Sheringham or Aylsham (or possibly both) will be a continuation of the Creative Writing course; and the second will be Healthy Eating on a Budget, for which we are looking for sponsorship.We are a new business and looking to employ specialist teachers in other disciplines on a freelance basis, so were very interested in your contact. My co-director and business partner Karen specialises in English and Drama, whilst I have a background in Biochemistry, and in particular Food Science.
