Small support group

Hello
I live in the Pentwyn area and do not have family nearby. I have a 9 month old and am 3 months pregnant. I would really like to meet up with others in a similar situation for a chat and mutual support. I am not looking for a large group such as a playgroup just 1 or 2 people. I have a car and am willing to travel!!

Hello, I run a small play group in Canton. Its aimed at mothers suffering or recovering from PND, perinatal illness and anxiety. We also have mums who are in recovery of a past addiction.

The groups are small, we go on day trips and we have 2 babies aged 4 months who attend. Its peer support and the mums are lovely x
