Epsom nanny/surrey nanny

We have just recently moved to epsom and as I might be starting a new job soon are looking into childcare options, one of which is for a nanny to look after our 18mth old and take the 3.5 year old to preschool each day. I just wondered if anyone in the epsom or surrey area could recommend a good nanny agency? Or if anyone has any advice/opinions on the pros and cons, cost etc...

I found my nanny by putting an ad on gumtree
