Hi, we are moving down to the PL17 area and I was wondering if anyone had advice on which is the best infant school? There are 3 in the area: St Dominick, Calstock and Harrowbarrow.
Many thx

Have you moved? Is advice still useful? None of the above are bad. Harrowbarrow used to be the school in demand, but rather less so these days.

As the villages go, Calstock is lovely, if a bit alternative. Harrowbarrow is something of a dormitory village.

You haven't mentioned Drakewalls/Albaston which is in the same catchment. They all feed into the same comprehensive, Callington Community College, which is a bit meh. However, there is an 11+ option for the Plymouth Grammar schools.
