Hi. I am planning to buy a house in Cavell Court but do not know much about that area so wanted to tap into local knowledge.
From the local authority searches etc, I found out that the road is unadopted but there is a management company that deals with the maintenance of the area (?).
Does anyone know anything of this, and whether I am putting myself at risk with large roadwork bills in future?
Also, I saw that the price for all the houses there dropped from 10 years ago (2006 land registry entries). Anyone has a clue why this happened?
Any other good/ bad views on that area in general?
