Howard and The minster schools

Can any one help me to decide which school is better , my daughter is in year 2 she recently joined to the minster schools(Parish Church) council offer a place at Howard so I am confused which one to choose . And I go through with Ofsted Minster school is "Outstanding" for infant school (nursery to year 2) but for junior Year 3-6 "Inadequate" but Howard report "Good" .

The Minster has had a new head brought in, so there will be changes (indeed there have already been a lot of changes). It is obviously a larger school than Howard. Despite the differences in Ofsted reports the children seem to get similar outcomes. So I'm not sure that it is a simple task to say that one school is better than the other to be honest.
