Hi everyone, my sister's foster daughter, Jess Horton, went missing on Friday night in Winchester. She is 15 and very vulnerable. Please see link to police tweet which has her picture...please look out for her and share, especially if in Winchester, Basingstoke, Swindon or Newbury. We are all very worried. Thanks in advance x
