Christmas in Hammersmith

We're planning a theatre trip to see the Father Christmas play at the Lyric Theatre on Sunday 6th December.
We're driving from Cheltenham for the day.
Can anyone recommend something else for us to do locally afterwards? Something festive? We've got 4 kids (aged 10,7,4,2).
Any recommendations would be appreciated.. Forgive the early request, as I know it's only September, but I'm trying to get things booked ahead so it's all done.

Kew Gardens usually has an amazing Christmas thing going on - look it up and have a look.

Meanwhile Bill's restaurant is over the road from the Lyric and brilliant for children if you're after a nice lunch.

Or I'd walk them along the river and have lunch at the Blue Boat pub overlooking the Thames - nice London thing to do and good pub, too!
