We are holding a cookery class at Albion Farmshop next Tuesday. We have done many freelance classes, working with a national food charity, but this is our first in the local area.
The class is for 7-11 year olds (although we are hoping to run 5-7 and teenage classes soon). We have priced classes at £15 for 2 hours including all ingredients, take home trays, copies of recipes, use of equipment/aprons etc. It will be based on building skills and cooking healthy food.
I would be really interested in anybody's views on this - particularly on venue and pricing.
