We would like to do a small extension to our house (around 3*3 meters). We don't need plumbing as it will only be used as an extra living space. We got a quote by a builder of minimum 25000- 33000 pounds. Is this the normal price? I thought it would be more like 15000 Pounds. We are not looking for anything special and this would not be within our budget. Could anyone recommend us a builder? Otherwise, we would look into a conservatory. Does anyone have experience with a conservatory instead of an extension?
