We are new to Tunbridge Wells and wondered what would be a rough guide for the cost of building works?
We have permissions for a single storey extension, which is 35 square metres.
Has anyone had a single storey built recently and roughly how much should we expect to pay for the build - appreciate extras like kitchen's etc will go on top. ??
