I'm trying to do some market research into proms in the North East of England.
Just wondering if any of you can help me with this please!
I opened a plus-size bridal boutique in the City Centre in January and although things are going well, I feel I need to diversify a little to let people know I'm here, so I've got the opportunity to go into prom gowns for 2016.
If you have teenage girls, please could you give me some guidance on the kind of styles they like, hot colours, clothes sizes as I want to cater for all shapes and sizes and most of all, the budget you'd allow for something like this, so I can tailor my offerings for the majority of Mums and Dads with prom-aged kids?
I'm trying to organise an event for January 2016 with a prom fashion show, local bands, school and college involvement in hair and beauty and modelling and I'll be running a competition where I'll be doing prom gown give-aways.
Any information or advice you can offer would be much appreciated.
