I'm a resident in Thames Ditton and I'm looking for a childminder/p/t nanny/nanny share/ awesome human being to care for my boy from next April when he'll be a year old for three days a week. Tried a few people but not getting much joy so any thoughts/suggestions gratefully received. Thank you in advance
