Hi dear mums,
I am moving from Glasgow to Guildford. Please advise me on good state primary schools in GU1 or GU4. Please also advise me on good, reliable and less priced moving companies that packs and moves my flat from Glasgow to Guildford. I am a single mum. Thanks.

It really will depend where you are actually living for Primary schools. Holy Trinity Pewley Down is very well regarded, as is Boxgrove, both GU1 areas.

GU4 you have Shalford which is a very sweet infant school, and then also Chilworth infants and Tillingbourne for Juniors.

Sorry i cant help with removals!

There is also Clandon Infants in GU4 area depending on how old your child is.

It's GU2, but Queen Eleanor's is very good, the head has done great things in his time there. GU2 (Onslow Village) is still very central, but slightly cheaper than GU1 and equally close to the station if that's a consideration, with a great community. Also the state secondary school that it feeds to is Guildford County School which is also very well regarded.
