Dad friendly baby groups in Bristol

Hi all,

My partner is currently on paternity leave looking after our lovely 9 month old son. He's doing really well, but would like to find some baby groups with other dads. As it's still summer holidays all the groups are on a break, but I would be grateful for any suggestions for baby groups in the Redland/Bishopston or surrounding areas for when term starts again soon.

We saw the dad's group on a Saturday morning but would really like to find something midweek. With all the changes in paternity entitlements recently, there must be a few other dads out there in the same position! He's not opposed to going to groups with women at all but would like some male company at some point too!

Our son is getting really active and we'd love him to spend more time with other babies.

Worth looking at children's centres as they often run occasional dads groups. St Werburghs one always seemed to have at least a couple of dads at groups. Thought there was an NCT dads meetup at Portico Play but I couldn't find it on a quick Google.
