"Geeky Kids' goal is to teach children about Computer Science, programming and problem-solving in a fun and intuitive manner. We use a variety of techniques and applications, such as Block Programming, puzzle apps and Unplugged Programming. We also engage kids with each other to solve problems and 'think like computers'. Our classes are large enough to allow us to engage in games, and lessons are not too long (an hour). All this ensures that the children remain stimulated at all times.

The first class of our series (ages 6-9): we will cover basic Computer Science principles and problem-solving, through Unplugged Programming, and learn basic programming constructs through Graphical Programming. Finally, we will build a simple game!

More information about Geeky Kids and classes can be found on our website: www.geekykids.co.uk. If you have any questions, please email us at [email protected]
