Conservatory

Hi I am thinking about getting a conservatory to the side of my house.
I need more play room for the kids. I know I don't need planning permission as my hubby has looked into this. Can anyone advise of where to go from here. Cheers :) xx

I am planning to relocate to Berkshire next year but I don't know the area at all. I will be working at the Royal Berkshire Hospital and my partner will be working in Covent Garden, London. I would be grateful for any suggestions of where to look for a house, close to a train station for my partner and a not too terrible drive to the hospital for me. We have 4 children between us so good local schools are also a requirement.
