Leeds road/South Drive area (Harrogate)

I am considering a property purchase in the leeds road area (near St Marks Church) but have noticed there are lots of properties for sale in that area. Mainly flats but I am worried there is something I don't know! Anyone from the area have any insight?

Hi Harrogatemum - sorry thought this thread had died. If you have any insight we are still looking in Harrogate.

Well its a desirable area as its grammar school catchment. It is near s main road so depends on whether that bothers you or not and theres shops on yr doorstep!!
