Hi All, can anyone recommend a reasonably priced nail bar for 2 11yr olds to get some nail art. Coming to cardiff for a treat day (by train) so ideally central but appreciate may be cheaper if head to Roath/Cathays so happy to take a bus if still more reasonable after the combined bus fare! Thanks
