Thinking of doing your kitchen ?

We had a very distressing experience with John and Billy Wallbanks from Verulem Kitchens, Wheathampstead.
They demanded all the money prior to installing our kitchen and then failed to deliver. We discovered the company has a long trail of debts with suppliers.
Please do not have your kitchen done by them as you will only live to regret it.

We have also had a very bad experience with John and Billy Wallbanks from Verulam Kitchens Ltd, Wheathampstead.
They took a large deposit then failed to return calls and e-mails, we continued to chase and eventually received an order confirmation. However kitchen still not delivered.

Avoid them like the plague, terrible service and very unprofessional people.

Hi, just come across this thread as was looking for some pics of our kitchen that John had on the Verulam Kitchens website. Really sorry to hear of the previous 2 experiences listed but we had our kitchen done a couple of years ago and they did a superb job. We found John to be honest, reliable, enthusiastic, dedicated and above all fastidious in everything he did. We believe he was let down by certain members of his staff, and was hit with a series of misfortunes which are no reflection of his character personally.
