Hello every one!
I've lot of time hear a lot of good things about couponing, but last time i've seen the shed of one of my friends in canada, full of items she have for free sometimes. I really like to begin couponing but have no idea on how to start. I have a look on some website and they say you can have some coupons in shop's magazine, I never find some 
and wondering how to process. Are they some mums here who practice couponing? please share your experience, were to find coupon, how to be inform when they're good deals, facebook groups (private) , actual forum....
Any help would be welcome
