New to the area - Chorley/Bamber Bridge

Hey there :-)

I just moved to the area from Scotland with my two y.o son. my partner is a local lad from Preston. i was wondering if there is anyone wants to meet up and have a chat or anything i can do with my wee boy during the summer time around chorley / Bamber bridge area along the public transport ( cant drive as of yet) would greatly appreciate

Hi! Bamber bridge has a couple of children's play centres and toddler groups, if your on Facebook search for "toddlersense" there is also a lovely park with loads on it in Bamber Bridge and a swimming pool.

Great to hear you have moved here. We are looking for local meet up coordinators to arrange local meet ups if you are interested in starting one of your own. If not or alongside there are loads of things to do in the area. One of my favourites is taking the kids cycling around Cuerden valley park. They are in the process of setting up a brand new café and visitor centre. Hope they manage to complete it! Best wishes.
