Hi there, my husband and I will be exchanging on a property in St Alban's any day (fingers crossed!) Assuming all goes well we will be looking to get some floors sanded and sealed asap. We will also be looking to get a section of wall re-plastered. I've checked out a few possibilities on line, but it's really difficult to engage reviews. If anyone can recommend someone in the local area I'd be extremely grateful!
