Salisbury Primary , plymouth , tips and info

Hi

We will be moving to Plymouth shortly, DD has been allocated a place in Salisbury Primary School, which is 4 miles from where we will be living. Please could anyone give me some info about this school? I am not from Devon hence clueless.

Hi My daughter left there last July and she really loved it - she joined mid year a few years before and was made very welcome. She's at the new school now - PSCA. Good luck with the grammar school.

Hi Happy. We have moved away from Plymouth now so he goes to a different school.

I worked there for a while a few years ago. It's a lovely school although I don't know which staff are still there. I would have been happy with my children going there but we moved away from that area.

I have two DDs there, one in year 3 and one in year 1. It went from 2 to 3 form entry the year DD1 started due to pressures in many of the city schools from the high birth rate so there is quite a spread of where children are from. The children are happy and have lots of friends. There are nice parks close by where people go after school even if they don't live close by.

What part of Plymouth are you moving to?
