Rutland - Things to do with a newborn baby

I moved to Rutland a year ago and have a new baby (4 weeks old). When I had my 5 year old, I lived in a town where there was a good social life with a new baby - ie. baby swim, baby massage, coffee mornings etc. I can't find anything to do yet and basically I'm getting lonely and bored. Any advise?

I'm moving to Rutland shortly and I have a 3 year old and a 9 month old. We used to live in one of the Oakham villages before moving overseas and I found quite a few things to do in the area. Are you close to Oakham at all?
