Has anyone been in the revamped Alexandra Park recently?

Hi all, I've had mixed reports around the newly revamped Alexandra Park. I know Tea Hive have moved in and they do a great trade in Chorlton. We were thinking of having our DD's who is 4 birthday party in the park, just games, picnic etc but I am a bit worried as I know there can be trouble in the park. Can anyone advise?

i was there on sunday - my son lives near by - everything was lovely, no trouble just lots of activities and kids enjoying themselves. There was an incident outside the park a few weeks ago (on the main road side) but unrelated to anything in the park and unlikely to affect your event.

We love it

We go there all the time and my friend goes every day. Never seen any trouble
