My DS will be getting a bike for his 5th birthday. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good place for him to learn? I'd like to go somewhere where there is a good stretch of pathway (in case he gets the hang of it) not too busy, flat, grassy in case he falls off etc?
He tends to be quite nervous about this kind of thing (took him 3 years to master a scooter!!) so I don't want to put him off straightaway...
Any ideas much appreciated!
