Barnton Nursery

Hi there,
I was wondering if any other Edi based mummys have used Barnton Nursey and if yes, what was there experience? I am particuarly interested in the baby room.

I haven't, but friends have & been happy with it. I used to attend a baby group there & the staff were nice.

I've also used Bright Horizons - excellent care but limited outdoor space, would recommend, especially for pre-school.

Also used Little Monkeys; great facilities but not so well organised in terms of communication, billing etc. Added advantage of having out-of-hours school club.

Hello. Not sure if you're still looking at this Nursery, but they've just been closed down by the Care Inspectorate, following an 'incident'.

I can recommend a couple of other local nurseries in that area, Leaps and Bounds on Drumbrae (which we've used) and Little Monkeys in Cramond.

As a parent this is one scary story to read.
