I currently live in High wycombe town centre (flat) and want to buy a house not too far away from the train station. We are looking to buy a property down Colborne road. Seems like a nice cul-de-sac, quiet road, not too far from the station. The road leading up to it, Bowerdean, I've heard isn't great but the surrounding roads seem nice heading up to The Crescent. Does anyone live/know this road/area and have any opinions. The prices seem reasonable and just want to ensure I am making the right choice for my next home.
