Hi ladies,
Currently living in London and looking to move out to saffron walden/surrounding areas with my husband and 4month old little girl.
Would really appreciate any advice on the nicest villages to look at/areas to avoid, looking to be near good schools and within 5miles of a station that goes into Liverpool street or moorgate. Budget approx £500k.
Does anyone know what the housing market in the area is expected to do over the next 12 months too? Where we are is expected to increase c 10% so struggling to decide whether to move now or wait until next year!
